The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) is pleased to launch its 2026–2027 DPC Supporter Program, offering an enhanced range of opportunities for providers of digital preservation services, solutions, tools and consultancy to engage with a dynamic digital preservation community. The program creates a structured framework for dialogue between DPC members and solution providers, enabling Supporters to develop a deeper understanding of community needs while contributing to initiatives that strengthen digital preservation globally.
The DPC is a vendor- and technology-neutral community of more than 180 organizations working together towards a sustainable future for digital heritage. Through the DPC Supporter Program, organizations which provide digital preservation support services can connect directly with practitioners from around the world, while helping to support and advance the work of the wider community.
Highlights for 2026–2027
The 2026–2027 program introduces several exciting opportunities for supporters to increase their visibility, share expertise and engage with DPC members and the wider community:

Around the World Events: Supporters will be invited to contribute the DPC's new-format Around the World events, designed to share knowledge and expertise across time zones and regions. These events bring together perspectives from Australasia and Asia-Pacific, Europe and Africa, and the Americas around the themes of Risk Management, Preserving Complex Objects, AI for Digital Preservation and Preservation at Scale. The format provides DPC Supporters with visibility among an engaged international audience drawn from multiple sectors and regions.

DPC Supporter Spotlight Panel and Webinar Series: In March 2027, the DPC Supporter Spotlight Panel and Webinar Series will create opportunities for DPC Supporters to collaborate on issues identified by DPC members before showcasing products, services, practical applications and innovations through dedicated webinar sessions. Open to both DPC Members and the wider community, the series will provide opportunities for discussion, questions and direct engagement with potential users and partners.

DPC Open Networking Events: DPC Supporters will also have opportunities to attend and sponsor DPC Open Networking Events, which bring together members, supporters and the wider digital preservation community for practical discussions, networking and collaboration. Running alongside the annual DPC Members Forum, these events offer valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities for partnership.
