Membership Contribution

Full Member

Offered to all prospective members who in addition to criteria for associate membership can also demonstrate:              

• a major strategic contribution to the Coalition

• an international and/or national role in digital preservation

For applications received from 1st August 2026:

• 11,210 GBP / 20,350 AUD / 14,790 USD / 13,300 EUR per year for minimum 3-year commitment*

Fees payable in the first year are pro-rata from 1st August - 31st July and remain fixed for the duration of a 3-year membership. 1-year memberships will incur a 10% surcharge.

Associate Member

Offered to organisations who:

• commit to the mission, goals and principles of the Coalition

• commit to active participation in the Coalition

For applications received from 1st August 2026:

• 3,550 GBP / 7,210 AUD / 4,790 USD / 4,225 EUR per year for minimum 3 year commitment*

Fees payable in the first year are pro-rata from 1st Aug-31st July and remain fixed for the duration of a 3 year membership. 1-year memberships will incur a 10% surcharge. 

Organizations headquartered in a World Bank-classified Low or Lower-Middle Income Economy are eligible to apply for a discounted rate of £1,500 for 12 months.

DPC Supporter

Offered to organisations who:

• commit to the mission, goals and principles of the Coalition

• commit to building ongoing relationships with the DPC and its members

• commit to developing the digital preservation landscape for the good of the entire community

• 5,000 GBP / 9,520 AUD / 6,345 USD per year*

Allied Organisation

Offered to organisations who:

• commit to the mission, goals and principles of the Coalition

• commit to building ongoing relationships with the DPC and its members

• commit to developing research and practice in specific areas identified by the DPC Board
