You will be working within a multi-disciplinary product team, which includes developers, user researchers, designers, a technical architect and a product owner and experienced at embedding agile ways of working and ensuring iterative delivery of high quality product at pace, managing resources and contributing to planning and product assessment activities. You will be skilled in empowering this team to deliver, with the communication, conflict resolution and coaching skills to influence and motivate team members and give and receive constructive feedback.

About you:

An experienced agile practitioner with a track record of operational delivery, you will be adept at structuring complex digital projects and breaking down barriers for your team.
