Help deliver the technology that enables one of Australia’s leading university libraries to support its staff, students and the broader community. As a Library IT Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the digital services that power the UQ Library experience.
Working within the Workstation Support team, you’ll provide Tier 1–2 technical support across library systems, devices and services, while contributing to broader initiatives that support digital collections and service innovation.
In addition to working within the Workstation Support team, you will contribute to projects that support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Collections Team and Digital Preservation.
We’re looking for someone with a collaborative, customer-centric approach who enjoys solving problems and working closely with others to deliver great outcomes.
