King's College London Libraries & Collections is recruiting for the new post of Digital Collections Manager. The successful applicant will form part of the team helping to deliver the transformational Library Evolution strategy, which has support for research and teaching, the digital shift and open access at its heart. The post holder will devise and implement new strategies for digitisation of unique and distinctive collections, and the digital preservation of the university's records.

Based in Archives & Research Collections, an important strand of their work will be to make possible digital scholarship using collections data, and to help build creative partnerships with King's leading academic departments including the Department of Digital Humanities and King's Digital Lab. This will build on existing engagement by Archives & Research Collections with teams across King's, London and nationally, exploring innovative ways of engaging with digital collections and positioning them at the centre of the research endeavour.

When applying, in the 'Upload supporting documents' section, please attach a personal statement to tell us why you are suitable for the role.

This post will be offered on an indefinite basis.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview.
