The National Archives has long history of delivering high quality, ambitious digital services to diverse audiences. We want to be at the forefront of creating innovative ways for our users to access culture and heritage. As a Delivery Manager, within the Digital Archiving department, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of complex, high-risk digital products and services.

This is a key element of our ambitious vision to transform our services, ensure the public record thrives and survives, and open up access to 900 years of British history.

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary product team, which includes developers, user researchers, designers, a technical architect and a product owner and experienced at embedding agile ways of working and ensuring iterative delivery of high quality product at pace, managing resources and contributing to planning and product assessment activities. You will be skilled in empowering this team to deliver, with the communication, conflict resolution and coaching skills to influence and motivate team members and give and receive constructive feedback.
You will be working with creative, motivated teams who embrace challenge and look for opportunities to do things differently. This is a great time to join us.

This is a full time post. However, requests for flexible working and job share will be considered, taking into account at all times the operational needs of the Department.
