You are a highly-driven Marketing leader who wants to make a significant impact within a private-equity backed (Series B) B2B software business poised for significant growth.

As VP of Marketing, North America you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for developing and executing the direct marketing strategy for the entire region, including value messaging, content creation, communications (PR & social media), events (virtual briefings & webinars), demand generation/user acquisition, digital marketing operations & analyst relations.

You'll partner with the Global Marketing Strategy & Product leadership team in the UK to develop strategic marketing plans for North America to further develop the Preservica brand and execute a high-growth go-to-market plan.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that will deliver against NA targets for qualified leads, bookings and KPIs for new user acquisition (via freemium product)

• Manage and measure marketing budget for the region – demonstrating results and ROI on activities

• Create compelling business-led value messages for NA target markets & persona aligned to corporate strategy

• Work closely with North America Sales Team to create integrated campaigns that generate high volumes of qualified leads for Enterprise SaaS products

• Develop systems to measure the success of penetrating target accounts, build and manage dashboards, leverage marketing tech stack to make strategic recommendations to the team

• Build and maintain lead nurture campaigns (Marketo,

• Align and work with Global PLG Team and industry associations to drive significant growth in new user acquisition for freemium product in North America

• Select and solidify relationships with customers/users and industry speakers that can assist with referral marketing, speaking and endorsement

• Work with major partners in conjunction with Partner & Customer Success Teams to deliver joint lead generation campaigns

• Lead and execute on the delivery of impactful marketing content including webinars, conferences, direct email, eBooks, infographics, customer wins, case studies, videos

• Find creative ways to raise the profile of the Preservica brand in North America target markets

• Own and deliver the supporting PR and Social media strategy for the region working with local agency

• Leverage marketing automation technology and incorporate digital marketing into lead generation including SEO optimized pages, PPC and Social Media ads
