We are keen to explore the widest possible pool of talent for all our roles.

ABOUT YOU:

You are an enthusiastic and organised individual who is keen to join a growing team and make a positive a contribution. You have the confidence to advise and support our users as they send us increasingly complex digital records. You are delivery focussed and strongly motivated to provide an excellent service. As part of the Digital Archiving team, you will directly contribute to growing the digital archive and delivering the aims of TNA’s business strategy, Archives for Everyone.

In this role, your work will help ensure that today’s digital records are saved for future generations of citizens, policy makers and historians.

You will help our users send their vital digital records to the National Archives for permanent preservation in the digital archive. You will liaise closely with records creators to facilitate transfer of records, providing training and advice on tools and processes and act as the first point of contact for support for users of our Transfer Digital Records (TDR) online service.
