The National Archives of Australia (the National Archives) can best be described as the memory of our nation, collecting and preserving Australian Government records that reflect our history and identity.  

 

In line with National Archives' vision to be a world leading archive in this digital age, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead activities to develop staff digital archiving capability and to lead projects to drive improvements in digital archiving and digital recordkeeping approaches and processes. Based in a small team yet working collaboratively across the organisation, this role provides the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on the national archival collection. The role also provides the opportunity to develop effective professional relationships with external stakeholders in the digital preservation and digital archiving communities.

Eligibility:  Applicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance to Baseline.
