The purpose of this call for tenders is the selection of up to two (2) economic operators for the provision of long-term digital preservation services for the European Union Document Repository (EUDOR).
The successful tenderer will be responsible for the organisation and implementation of the long-term digital preservation of the publications of the EU institutions. The service will cover the set-up and the management of the technical infrastructure (hardware, software and interface), the reception of archival packages sent by the Publications Office, their pre-ingest, ingest, preservation and access. Regular reporting to and collaboration with the Publications Office will be required.
