Founded in Belfast in 1845, the Library aims to ensure long-term access to digital content through the development of a strategy to support the acquisition, management, preservation and provision of access to born-digital and digitised content. With responsibility for the institutional repository as well as Special Collections and Archives, the Library has plans to implement both a Library Services specific Digital Preservation Policy, as well as a university-wide Digital Preservation Policy and long-term data management plan.

Call for Applicants: DPC Grants for DCDC22

The DPC’s Career Development Fund is pleased to offer two grants for DPC members to attend the online Discovering Collections, Discovering Communities 2022 Conference (DCDC22) taking place 11-15 July 2022. Each grant will cover 100% of the registration fees for the virtual conference, and grant applications are welcomed from DPC Members.
