The First Digital Preservation Publications Index Is Now Available
The first prototype service from the Registries of Good Practice Project is now available, here: https://www.digipres.org/publications/ This first experiment has focussed on bringing together the proceedings of the iPRES Conference series. We're hoping this will make it much easier to find and build on the digital preservation research and practice from the twenty-year history of iPRES.

What is the Preservation Registries Special Interest Group? The original idea of this group came out of the iPres 2022 “Registering our preservation intentions” workshop, where we proposed the idea of the Digital Preservation Coalition hosting an open ‘drop-in’ meeting for anyone interested in format and software registries. Registries of Good Practice: New project launched to help practitioners discover digital preservation resources
The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) and Yale University Library have launched a new 2-year project this month, which aims to enhance our digital preservation registry space. Registries of Good Practice will explore and develop different approaches to analyze, collate, present and, most importantly, make discoverable the many existing registries and collections of digital preservation good practice.
