Leadership Programme: Workforce Development in Digital Preservation
The DPC recognizes the very great need among our members for access to specialist training, but also the very great risks and costs that are incurred by those that provide and deliver such training. The DPC Leadership Programme offers an on-going programme of grants so that our members can attend specialist training and so that the organizations which offer training can be assured of a return on their investment.

The DPC is offering three scholarships so that DPC members and associates can attend the 'Digital Preservation Training Programme' with ULCC in London at the School of Oriental and African Studies on 20th-22nd May 2013.

In March 2012 the DPC Leadership Programme awarded a scholarship to Louise Lawson of Tate so that she could attend the Digital Futures Academy in London. In this short interview Louise reflects on the scholarship and how, having started work as a conservator, she has since found herself working in digital preservation.
