The DPC, Neil Beagrie and Andrew Charlesworth are pleased to announce that the finished outline for a new Technology Watch Report on intellectual property rights and digital preservation is now available for DPC members. In order to make sure that the report meets with members' needs, the outline has already been subject to wide consultation - firstly via a direct survey of members' needs then subsequently by inviting comments on a draft outline.
