DPC members, associates and personal members are hereby invited to attend the Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Coalition in the Dale Room of the Wellcome Conference Centre, 183 Euston Road, London Nw1 2BE on Monday 17th November 2014 starting at 1615.  An agenda and other papers for the meeting will be circulated in due course and members are invited to suggest items for the Agenda by 3rd November.  The meeting will be chaired by Laura Mitchell (Chair).

The AGM will be preceded by a meeting of the DPC Board and is being held on the fringes of an international conference which we are organising in partnership with the '4C' project. The AGM will be followed by the presentation of the Digital Preservation Awards 2014.  Invitations have been dispatched to designated contacts in all our member institutions and also to those attending the conference, so all members should have received a separate invitation already. But any member without an invitation and not attending the conference but still interested in attending the awards should contact us.
